Day 1
Day 1: the clock starts
The seven-day build began. Product decisions, the stack and the team plan are written down, and this site went up to track the work.
The seven-day build started at 6:27 pm Eastern on Wednesday, October 14. The deadline is the same time on Wednesday, October 21.
Shipped
- The eight open product questions are answered and recorded: a fictional company and its seeded data, how agents map to repositories, who owns resources and bills, the team-helper action, two model families, the memory approach, the test matrix, and what is live versus sample data.
- The stack is proposed, and the team plan groups the work into 11 lanes with review pairs.
- This site: what we are building, how it works, and this changelog.
Evidence
- Each decision has its own record, with sources and the conditions that would reopen it.
- The site's changelog format is checked by unit tests, and a malformed entry fails the build.
Blocked
- One of the two build machines lost its network route to the code host, so continuous integration runs on half its usual capacity until it is back.
